MnZn Series

Description

● MnZn toroidal ferrite core is mostly coated with green or black insulating paint.


● The initial permeability and AL has different values, the model selection should depend on the inductance value of required winding inductor.


● Applicable frequency range ≦0.1MHz.


● Material density: 4.9g/cm3, Curie temperature: 125°C.


● In light of the variety of working frequencies, the core material is optional to cover a wider application fields.

MnZn Series

Application

● Mostly used for ferrite core winding inductor.


● When used for winding inductor, the copper wire can be wound into 1~4 windings.


● For the process of winding, there are two ways: Wind overlapped & Wind separately.


● When used as EMI filter on power line, winding different turns can reaches different effect. It's necessary to try to make the wire lean tightly on the core.


● In light of the variety of working frequencies, the core material is optional to cover a wider application fields.
