Countermeasure analysis and solution description

1. Replace R10 with a 100ohm resistor:

2. Replace C17 with a 100PF(1KV) capacitor, and link a ferrite bead to the middle pin of Q1 by series connection:

3. Add 102 Y type capacitors to CY6 & CY7, and link ferrite beads to the middle pins of D4 & D5 by series connection:
